Questions about billing

What happens after the free month?

You are charged $1 and then $1 each month after that. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you pay nothing at all.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, from your account. Moving to annual charges the $11 that day; moving back to monthly takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for.

Do you offer institutional plans?

Contact us and we will set one up. Shared billing for a department is arranged by hand today.

What if my payment fails?

We tell you in the app and by email, keep Pro active for seven days, and retry as soon as you update the card. Nothing is deleted if it lapses.
